• You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Do not use the bot to harass, spam, or violate Discord community guidelines.
• We reserve the right to ban the bot from any server at our discretion.

3. Data Collection

Usage of the bot may involve collection of server/user data such as IDs and activity, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Liability

XP Bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or misuse of the bot.

5. Termination

We may remove access to the bot at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot implies acceptance of any changes.
